Gujarat Industries - Q1 results rescheduled on Jul 27, 2007

Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been rescheduled and will now be held on July 27, 2007 instead of July 21, 2007 for taking on record the financial results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2007 (Q1).
