Pantaloon Retail enters into joint venture with Axiom Telecom LLC, UAE

Pantaloon Retail India Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into a 50:50 joint venture (JV) with Axiom Telecom LLC, UAE, to do sourcing and wholesale distribution of mobile handsets, accessories and setting up service centres and Authorised After Sales Service Centres for mobile handsets in India.

The stock was trading at Rs.535.50, up by Rs.12.85 or 2.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.545.90 and low of Rs.530. The total traded quantity was 279736 compared to 2 week average of 134898.
