GMM Pfaudler Board to consider dividend

GMM Pfaudler Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Draft Audited Annual Accounts of the Company along with the other annexure to the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007, if any.

3. Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2007.

4. Payment of first interim dividend, if any.
