MRF Board to consider interim dividend

MRF Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 26, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the year ending September 30, 2007.
