Royal Finance Board to consider dividend

Royal Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 20, 2007, to consider the Audited Balance Sheet of the Company and to approved various appropriations for the year ended on March 31, 2007 including to recommend any dividend on equity shares, if any by the Board of Directors of the Company.
