Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 07, 2007 to August 24, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 24, 2007.
