Gujarat Cotex fixes Book Closure for AGM

Gujarat Cotex Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 20, 2007 to August 30, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 30, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Directors has not recommended any dividend for year 2006-07.
