Armour Polymers Board approves request of Foreign Shareholder

Armour Polymers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 18, 2007, inter alia, has resolved the following:

1. Acceptance of request for the change in the name of the Share Certificate from Reilly Chemicals S.A. Belgium to Vertellus Chemicals for 37.44 Lakh shares held in the Company.

2. Accepted the request received from Vertellus Chemicals (Reilly Chemicals S.A. Belgium for the Splitting of Share Certificate for 37.44 Lakh shares held in the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.9.62, down by Rs.0.32 or 3.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.40 and low of Rs.9.50. The total traded quantity was 5700 compared to 2 week average of 3477.
