JCT Electronics fixes Record Date for reduction of capital

JCT Electronics Ltd has announced that August 06, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of write down of the face and paid up value of existing shares from Rs 10/- to Rs 1/- per shares as per BIFR orders.
