Reliance Energy Re-syncrhonizes Unit No 2 of Dahanu Power Station

Reliance Energy Ltd has announced that the Unit No. 2 of 250 MW of the Dahanu Thermal Power Station which was withdrawn from the grid for scheduled overhaul from July 01, 2007, has been re-synchronized on July 17, 2007 after annual overhaul.

This annual overhaul was completed in a record time of 15 days against the targeted completion date of 25 days.

The stock was trading at Rs.686, down by Rs.2.75 or 0.40%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.697.80 and low of Rs.680.05. The total traded quantity was 304521 compared to 2 week average of 925287.
