Modison Metals fixes Record Date for stock split

Modison Metals Ltd has announced that August 10, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Sub-division of each fully paid equity shares of the Company, having a present face value of Rs 10/- each into 10 fully paid equity shares of the face value of Re 1/- each.
