Cambridge Technology Board approves acquisition of Reilly & Associates Inc

Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 18, 2007, has approved conditionally the acquisition of Reilly & Associates Inc., a Georgia Company, USA.

The said acquisition is subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company for the purpose of Section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956.

The stock was trading at Rs.54.35, up by Rs.8.10 or 17.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.55.50 and low of Rs.45. The total traded quantity was 226185 compared to 2 week average of 12900.
