R Systems International Board Meeting on Jul 30, 2007 to consider quarterly results

R Systems International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To take on record the audited financial results of the Company & the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To consider and approve the reconstitution of the Compensation Committee of directors with the addition of one non-executive independent director as the member of the said committee.
