Allcargo Global Logistics Board to consider interim dividend

Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended June 30, 2007 and payment of interim dividend on equity shares of the Company, if any.
