Venus Remedies Ltd to consider preferential issue of warrants, shares to promoters

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Venus Remedies Ltd will be held on June 30, 2015, to consider and approve the proposal to issue fully convertible warrants / equity shares to promoters on a preferential basis subject to approval in the general meeting.

The Board will also fix the date of Annual General Meeting.
