HDFC allots 189910 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

On June 18, 2015 Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 1,89,910 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,20,61,210 consisting of 157,60,30,605 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1210 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1199.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 201348 in over 3480 trades.
