Shree Renuka Sugars Board Meeting on Jul 26, 2007 to consider results, fund raising proposal

Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd has announced that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 26, 2007, inter-alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended June 30, 2007 and to consider raising of additional long term resources for the Company’s present and future plans in the form of issue of Convertible Warrants / Equity Shares / GDR / ADR / FCCBs / Other financial instruments to promoters / non-promoters on preferential basis subject to such approvals, as may be required.
