IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd issues Non-Convertible Debentures worth Rs. 125 crores

The Committee of Directors of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd approved the allotment of 1,250 Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (the "Debentures") of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000 aggregating to Rs. 125 Crores on a private placement basis on May 8, 2015.

The Company had earlier issued 23,550 Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating Rs. 2,355 Crores. With the aforesaid allotment the Company has as of date issued and allotted 24,800 Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 2,480 Crores.

Shares of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.163.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 159.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15479 in over 337 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 164.7 and intraday low of 160. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2523541.
