Suryajyoti Spinning Board recommends 12% dividend

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend at the rate of 12% (i.e. Re 1.20 per equity share) for the year ended March 31, 2007.
