Strategic Manufacturing Agreement between Valencia Beverages and Superwaters P Ltd and Virchow Laboratories Ltd

Valencia Beverages and Superwaters Private Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Valencia Nutrition Limited, has entered into a definitive business agreement with Virchow Laboratories Ltd for the manufacturing of its juice product portfolio.

The agreement covers 8 SKUs comprising Mango, Guava, Apple, Pomegranate, Coconut, Litchi, Banana, and Mixed Fruit variants. Under the terms of the agreement, a committed monthly production volume has been secured, representing approximately 15% of the installed capacity of Valencia Beverages Unit II at Hyderabad.

This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in Valencia's Manufacturing capabilities in the specialised beverages segment. Leveraging Virchow Laboratories' organisational strength will accelerate Valencia's learning curve in production efficiency and enhance the growing demand for Valencia's beverage offerings.

The collaboration aligns with Valencia's long-term vision of strengthening its product portfolio and expanding market presence through reliable and scalable manufacturing capabilities. It is also expected to contribute to optimal capacity utilization at Valencia's Hyderabad facility.
