Mudra Lifestyle Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 29, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the Financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider & recommend the Dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To consider and take on record the unaudited quarterly financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

4. To fix Book Closure of the Company.
