Zylog Systems Ltd IPO to open for subscription on 20 July, 2007

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Zylog Systems Ltd opens for subscription on 20 July, 2007. The company is coming out with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 3600000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price band of Rs.330 - Rs.350 through 100% Book Building process.

The IPO opens for subscription on Friday - July 20, 2007 and closes on Wednesday - July 25, 2007.

The Issue comprises a net issue to the public of 3,500,000 equity shares and a reservation of 100,000 equity shares for subscription by employees. The issue less the employee reservation portion is referred to as the Net Issue and constitute 21.28% of the fully diluted post-issue capital of the company. The issue including employee reservation shall constitute 21.89% of the fully diluted post issue equity capitalof the company.

The Equity Shares are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The Book Running Lead Managers to the issue is MOTILAL OSWAL INVESTMENT ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED. Karvy Computershare Private Ltd is the Registrar to the issue.
