Aishwarya Telecom IPO receives 0.67 times subscription

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Aishwarya Telecom Ltd has received subscription of 0.67 times as of 5:00 PM on 16-April-2008.

The IPO has received bids for 2679200 equity shares against the offer of 4000000 shares. The issue has received bids for 604400 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received bids for 1732400 equity shares against the offer of 1950000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.8884 times.

The Non Institutional Investors portion has received subscription of 0.2906 times with bids for 170000 equity shares against the offer of 585000 shares.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received bids for 676800 equity shares against the offer of 1365000 shares resulting in a subscription of 0.4958 times.

The Employee Reservation portion has received susbcription of 1.0000 times with bids for 100000 shares against the offer of 100000 shares.

The IPO closes for subscription on Thursday - April 17, 2008.
