Biopac India Board approves allotment of 23,00,000 warrants

Biopac India Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 13, 2007 has approved allotment of 23,00,000 Warrants at a price of Rs 10.42 per Warrant, arrived at as per the SEBI's DIP Guidelines, to the Individual Investors (Non - Promoters) & Independent Directors of the Company on a Preferential Basis.
