House of Pearl Fashions Ltd has announced that subsidiary Company of the Company, Pearl Global Ltd will be diversifying into real estate business.
The Board of the Company's subsidiary has approved the signing of collaboration agreement with Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd., for development of commercial Land measuring 9.26 acres on N.H.-8, Gurgaon (Haryana).
The stock was trading at Rs.321, up by Rs.22.65 or 7.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.347 and low of Rs.300.10. The total traded quantity was 367824 compared to 2 week average of 19955.
