Rap Media fixes Book Closure for AGM

Rap Media Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 17, 2007 to September 21, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 21, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, in view of carried forward loss, no divided is proposed to be paid for the year 2006-2007.
