Bank of India to raise Capital through IPDI & Tier-II Capital Bonds

Bank of India has announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank has approved the raise Tier-I and Tier-II Capital through issuance of Innovative Perpetual Debt Instruments (IPDI) and Upper Tier-II Bonds to the extent of Rs 1995 Crore on private placement basis at an appropriate time.
The stock was trading at Rs.257, up by Rs.3.30 or 1.30%. The total traded quantity was 59563 compared to 2 week average of 526715. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.258 and low of Rs.255.
