Chembond Chemicals Board recommends 32.5% dividend

Chembond Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 12, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the dividend of 32.5% (Rupees 3.25 per share) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.
