ACC sells its sttake in ACC Nihon Castings Ltd

ACC Ltd has announced that pursuant to the decision earlier taken by the Company's Board to divest from non core activities, the Company has sold its entire shareholding in its wholly owned subsidiary ACC Nihon Castings Ltd at a consideration of Rs 30 crores to V N Enterprises Ltd of Hindustan Udyog Group. The transaction has no significant impact on the results of the Company.
The stock closed the day at Rs.1072.40, up by Rs.2.95 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1085.90 and low of Rs.1066. The total traded quantity was 145981 compared to 2 week average of 552423.
