Mastek makes Senior Management changes

Mastek Ltd has announced that the Company has made some senior level appointments in its management team that include:

- Mr. R S Desikan as Group CFO and Finance Director

- Mr. P Rajagopal Tampi as Head of Delivery Operations

- Mr. Dinesh Maheshwary as Chief Capability Officer

These appointments reflect the Company's intent to strengthen its management team on an ongoing basis, in line with its growth plans.
