VST Tillers Tractors Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider Investment in the proposed Joint Venture Company with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Japan, this is to be followed by signing of the proposed Joint Venture Agreement.
