The Board of Directors of Aurionpro Solutions Ltd at its meeting held on March 27, 2015, has allotted 15,06,120 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the equity shareholder of Intellivisions Software Limited (merged entity). The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
