IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd approves QIP

The Offering Committee for QIP of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd at its meeting held on March 26, 2015, approved the issue and allotment of 19,085,890 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10 each to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) at the issue price of Rs. 230.54 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 4,400.06 millions.

Further, the Paid-up Capital of the Company increased from Rs. 3,323.64 millions to Rs. 3,514.50 millions.

Shares of IRB INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.245.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 242.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 479923 in over 5144 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 249 and intraday low of 242.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 117682263.
