IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd closes QIP issue

The Issue of equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each in IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd to QIBs under Qualified Institutional Placement in terms of chapter VIII of SEBI (Issue of Capital Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations, 2009, the Offering Committee for QIP of the Boards of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2015 has decided to close the issue on March 23, 2015 with immediate effect.

Shares of IRB INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.242.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 246.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 488997 in over 10053 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 250.3 and intraday low of 237.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 118844599.
