Info-Drive Software Ltd allots 108162000 Equity Shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

The Committee of Directors of Info-Drive Software Ltd at its meeting held on March 23, 2015, has allotted 10,81,62,000 equity shares of Re. 1/ - each at the Conversion price of Re. 1/- per share against the conversion of FCCBs to the following bondholders on the exercise of their conversion right according to the terms of the FCCB Issue.
