Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd allots 1010 Equity Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has on March 19, 2015 approved allotment of 1010 (One Thousand and Ten) Equity Shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). The said 1010 Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.

Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 130136183 to 130137193 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1,30,13,71,930/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Crore Thirteen Lakh Seventy One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty).

Shares of ADITYA BIRLA NUVO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1626.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1627.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9572 in over 1706 trades.
