Unity Infraprojects Ltd to consider allotment of shares under CDR

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Unity Infraprojects Ltd will be held on March 28, 2015, to consider the issue and allotment of equity shares to CDR Lenders on conversion of FITL in to equity.

The Board will consider the issue and allotment of equity shares to promoters against promoters contribution.

The Board will also consider poposal to appoint Women Director on the Board of the Company.
