Metrochem Industries Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 04, 2007 to September 13, 2007 (both days inclusive) also for the purpose of 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 22, 2007.
