Eicher Motors Ltd grants 4500 options

The Compensation Committee of Board of Directors of Eicher Motors Ltd has granted 4500 options at its meeting held on March 20, 2015.

The options shall be exercisable in three equal tranches after the end of 3rd, 4th and 5th year from the grant date. Upon exercise, each option shall result into one equity share of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of EICHER MOTORS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.15843.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 16002. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2152 in over 1487 trades.
