HDFC allots 1097490 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

On March 19, 2015 Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 10,97,490 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 314,93,95,340 consisting of 157,46,97,670 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
