Indusind Bank Ltd allots 79352 shares under Employee Stock Option SchemeIndusind Bank Ltd has allotted 79,352 (Seventy Nine Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Two) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on March 13, 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
