Fortis Healthcare Holdings Pvt Ltd buys back 2000 NCDs

Pursuant to the communication dated March 09, 2015 Fortis Healthcare Holdings Pvt Ltd has bought back 2000 Secured Rated Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of the Company of Rs. 10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 200.00 Crore allotted on March 28, 2014 on private placement basis.

Shares of FORTIS HEALTHCARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.155.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 143.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2420032 in over 55472 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 169 and intraday low of 142. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 383101652.
