Shilpi Cable Technologies Ltd approves preferential allotment of 40 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of Shilpi Cable Technologies Ltd at its Meeting held on March 09, 2015, have considered and approved the Preferential allotment of 40,00,000 convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs. 65/- each to Shilpi Cables Private Limited, a promoter group company upon receipt of 25% consideration, in terms of the resolution of shareholders passed through postal ballot the result of which was declared on March 04, 2015.

Shares of SHILPI CABLE TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.48.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 42.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 209958 in over 3057 trades.
