HDFC Bank Ltd allots 1250850 Equity Shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted on December 26, 2014, 1250850 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4832313550 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 4834815250 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.947.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 945.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 62599 in over 2896 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 952.65 and intraday low of 943.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 59393911.
