The Board of Directors of NCL Research & Financial Services Ltd at its meeting held on October 17, 2014, have allotted 2,32,68,000 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each pursuance to the authority given by the members in the AGM held on September 15, 2014 & In-Principal approval given by BSE vide their letter dated September 25, 2014.
