Kaashyap Technologies Ltd has announced that a Meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company will be held on June 26, 2007, to consider and allot the Global Depository Receipts aggregating US $ 2.5 million and to approve all documents / agreements with regard to the proposed issue of GDR.
