Kopran EGM approves allotment of shares to UTI Bank Ltd

Kopran Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on June 19, 2007, have approved the allotment of 12,44,168 Equity Shares to UTI Bank Ltd on Preferential Basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.26.50, up by Rs.0.90 or 3.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.80 and low of Rs.25.65. The total traded quantity was 37428 compared to 2 week average of 34761.
