GTL Infra to consider conversion of FCCBs on June 11, 2014

A Meeting of the Committee of GTL Infrastructure Ltd will be held on June 11, 2014, to consider allotment of Equity Shares consequent to conversion notice received for conversion of FCCBs at a conversion price of Rs. 10 per share, in terms of the Offering Circular dated October 17, 2012.
