Binny Ltd Board to consider Rights Issue

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Binny Ltd will be held on June 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider the proposal to put up a new Wind Farm / Solar Power and proposal to put up a Spinning Mill.

The Board will also consider proposal to go for Rights Issue of Shares.
