With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 03, 2007 regarding execution of MOA by the Company's Singapore based subsidiary for acquisition of 4 nos. dry bulk vessels of about 305,000 in aggregate, Mercator Lines Ltd has announced that said subsidiary Mercator Lines (Singapore) Pte Ltd has taken delivery of one of such 2007 built kamsarmax vessel of 82,191 DWT.
The stock closed the day at Rs.47.25, up by Rs.1.20 or 2.61%. The total traded quantity was 676795 compared to 2 week average of 1214860. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47.95 and low of Rs.45.45.
